Hello,
I am having an issue with running Create Mobile Map in a non admin mode. I can create map cache files as logged in Administrator. But, if I login as a standard user (which is where the users will log in), I get a generic error - Invalid custom tool. If I run ArcMap as Administrator (Right click shortcut and select Run as administrator). I can successfully generate Map cache.
Can somebody please shed some light on this.
