Show layer dependent on map scale

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to show layers which were added from a geographically enabled SharePoint list dependen on the Map scale?
E.G.: Show layer1 only if scale is above 1:50.000.

I know this is Desktop Functionality out of the box but is there something similar to ArcGIS for SharePoint?
