SharePoint Web Part Select Results GoTo Zooms Out

Hi.  The Go To function in the SharePoint web part select tool doesn't seem to be working correctly for us.  When we click on the Go To icon, the map zooms out (as depicted below) instead of zooming in to the feature.  Does anyone know what we've done wrong?
