I am running Office 2010 and today I installed the plugin for ESRI Maps to see how it works.
the software asked for Sign in (ArcGIS Online), which I provide but error came that Contact your ArcGIS Administrator to gain access to your organization subscription or signup for trial.
I have a user login wasraja and can easily access ArcGIS Online through web but in Office 2010 This errors pops up.
