Hi,
I've installed version 5.0.
The installation process and configuration was done without any problem (following the Esri Maps for IBM Cognos Installation and Configuration Guide - Windows).
Configuration testing :
EM4C Server : OK
EM4C Gateway : OK
EM4C Dispatcher : the Esri Maps Designer link doesn't appear in the Launch Menu.
What could be wrong?
