Hi Kongyam,
Can you please provide more details about the environment where Maps for Office is installed:

a. Version of Office (32 or 64 bit etc)
b. Operating System
c. Did you try installing Maps for Office as an administrator?

Thanks,
Alagiri

Thanks for your reply. My version of office is 32 bit, and the operating system is window XP 2002 (SP3), and i installed maps for office as an administrator.
But today I try to install it on another computer , and it is loaded to the excel successfully. The operating system of this computer is Window 7, the version of office is also 32 bit. Will Maps for office have some requirements for the operating system? Thanks.

Kong yan,
Could you let me know if you have Office 2010 or an earlier version of Office installed? Also, could you post a screenshot of the error that you are seeing in Win XP to this thread?

Thanks,
Alagiri

Kong yan,
I am trying to replicate your environment as close as possible to see if we can repro the problem here.

Can you let me know if you are on Win XP SP3 English with Chinese MUI or a native Chinese OS?

Thanks,
Alagiri
