Map sharing failed

Hi,

I have a problem with sharing map from Excel. Everything appears to be OK, but when I try to share map, I get the message "Map sharing failed!". I am AOL administrator of my company's account, so I have privileges for publishing.

any advice, please?

We are experiencing the same issue. After the sharing fails, and we hover over the layer with the red x (in Map Contents), a tooltip displays "Token Required". I did notice that the layer gets published to the ArcGIS server, but the csv does not get uploaded. Everything else in Excel works fine. We are using Portal for ArcGIS with ESRI Maps for Office 2.1.1.206 in Excel 2010.
