Error when creating a Dynamic Slide using Maps for Office

When trying to create a dynamic slide in PowerPoint (2013/365), I get an error message that simply says" An error has occurred." and a static slide is created. I am running version 3.0.0.475. I had the same issue when running a previous version of Maps for Office.

Hello, go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
and delete (or rename) the PPT11.0 directory
