Can't connect to GIS server map services

I just had ArcGIS for Sharepoint installed on the Sharepoint server by my sharepoint admin. The sharepoint server is separate from my GIS webserver.  I'm trying to establish the connection in the web part to access my web services (in ArcGIS Server) on my development machine (version 10), but can't connect.  The connection string should be
http://<servername>/arcgis/services shouldn't it? or ../rest/services to allow me to choose from my existing ArcGIS services?  I'm a little confused.

Also, when I go to access the site settings (Site Actions -> Site Settings) I don't see the ArcGIS Mapping heading.  Did something not install competely?

Hi!

You are most likely missing a cross domain policy file, or it may simply be located in the wrong directory. If you are just getting started, we recommend placing the file in its' default location: your web server's root directory. Please refer to following blog post for additional information:
