I have a list that I have added the appropriate fields and workflow for geocoding, however, I have custom forms and cannot display the location map for each item.  When attempting to edit the default form on a test list I get the following error: The following fields in the SharePoint list are not supported because of their data type and will not be available in InfoPath Designer: - ArcGISLocation (ESRI.ArcGIS.Mapping.SharePoint.Location.

So, how do I get around this?  I want to use the mapping functionality, but my list requires custom forms.

-SharePoint 2010, ArcGIS for SharePoint 2.1.1

Thanks,

Brian

I have the identical issue. ESRI, please help.

I need to be able to fix the locations of items that are incorrectly geocoding, and this feature is only available in the SharePooint ribbon when the default SharePoint form is used.

Please advise.

Hi,
I am also having the same issue. SharePoint list is customized in InfoPath and geocoder workflow is enabled to the list.
Arc Location (which allows user to Fix, Update and Edit) point is not recognized in InfoPath. Any help is appreciated.

I know it is quite old thread but unfortunately I’ve been stuck with the same problem for a while. Is there any chance for an Esri support on this? Or maybe someone else have the answer/solution?
