Label Features in Map in ESRI Maps for Office

I would like to see a dynamic method of labeling the maps created in Excel using ESRI Maps for Office. For example, include a label of the company names of points in the map.

The Beta version doesn't have feature labeling functionality. The only option is to configure Popups to achieve labeling.

When is this feature planned for implementation?  5 years seems like a long time for this to still be in the "In Product Plan" stage.

To be fair, Esri staff may have only added this to the product plan recently.  I noticed that the is a "last Modified" data that shows April 11,  2017.  Curious if that is when this feature was added tot he product plan. #needesrireply
