Excel add-in not recognizing addresses from excel

I have the Excel add-in and when I try to geocode from my spreadsheet the addresses, it doesn't give me the option to add them. The address is grayed out, it only offers me coordinates, ESRIJSON Geometry or  GEOJSON Geometry. I have made sure the format of the columns are text or ZIP code. I am not sure what I am missing. I have not had this problem before.

Good morning @VickiEnriquez, 

Thank you for posting your question! From the screenshot I am not entirely sure you have logged in? You will only see the options to add data based on permission/role associated to your ArcGIS Organizational account. Geocoding has an associated cost so if a user is not logged in than options to add data will be limited (or grayed out).

Thank you, I thought I was signed in, I had entered my sign credentials, but apparently it didn't remember them. 

That worked. Thank you!
