site scan and p4 rtk

I am trying to set up site scan to use the P4 rtk.  Our available base stations only use direct connect and don't have NTRIP credentials.  Does site scan have to use an NTRIP enabled base station? Does setting up a connection to the RTK network require a mount point name, login and password or can you get away with just a url and port number?

All the fields are required, you must have a username and password. 

What base station are you using?

We have access to our water department and Consolidated Utilities Department base stations but neither is set up for NTRIP protocols.  We are in the process of applying for use of TDOT's base station that has NTRIP protocols.
