Will SiteScan support the DJI Matrice M300 with P1 sensor? This gamechanging aerial system and payload will dominate the market for a while to come, so I'm hoping to integrate mission planning with SiteScan.

Site Scan for ArcGIS: Frequently Asked Questions (esri.com) doesn't list it, but not other references to it appear in this community, so perhaps contacting your account manager at esri or the authors may have more recent information

Short answer, Yes.  We don't have an expected availability date yet, but this is under development.

It's now my understanding that M300 is on hold until the Freefly Astro support has been implemented. Possibly Q3 or Q4.

Freefly Astro and DJI M300RTK support are not related.

The Site Scan Flight app team is waiting for an updated SDK from DJI correcting issues with autonomous flight control present in the current version.

So, has the Site Scan Flight app team been able to make these updates yet?  We've got an M300RTK and P1 and would love to utilize SiteScan.

The September 2021 release of the Site Scan Flight app included an update to the latest DJI SDK. This update has allowed our Flight app development team to start implementing initial support for the M300RTK with the P1 sensor. This is expected to be available in the next major release of the Flight app (4.3) in early 2022.

@adamsass if you aren't already, I encourage you to process P1 data in Site Scan Manager today, the results look great.

@NicoBonnafoux great news, is this rolling over to the SiteScanLe app as well?

NicoBonnafoux

@David_Brooks Yes, M300RTK with P1 support will be included in the next release of Site Scan LE expected at the end of April.

In Site Scan Manager, in Flight Plans, I still don't have the DJI P1 nor DJI M300 as Camera Model, did I missed something?
