Add ArcGIS Flight support for Anzu Robotics Raptor drones

I understand that Anzu Raptors are essentially DJI licensed designs, produced by a US-based company outside of China that use more secure software (Aloft). They state on their website that they have an SDK available. This could be a good option for ESRI users with a limited budget that are trying to avoid the potential pitfalls of DJI drones.

I would also like to see the Anzu added to SiteScan.  Our company has elected to steer clear of the name DJI now, and that means a lot of lost functionality in the SiteScan ecosystem.  Having the Anzu available would be a game changer for us.  Apparently DroneDeploy is working on adding it already.
