sign-in on Android 15

I am not able to sign into portal via FM on Android 15 devices. I tested on an older Android 12 device and here I can get in. The behavior is - Enter URL > Chrome login screen > Enter credentials > Returns again to Chrome login screen > Enter credentials > Sign-in Error (attached).

On the old Android 12 device too I have to enter credentials twice but then I can get in and see my maps.

The error is unfortunately not very descriptive, but there may be some other ways we can take. Would it be possible to try this from another browser? I'm curious if there may have been a chrome update that caused this as well.

If this works on another browser, great! If it doesn't then you should reach out to Esri Support to get this on their radar, they may be able to reach out to the Android developers and see if there's any visible issue!

One of the Android 15 devices is a Samsung. I changed the default browser from chrome to Samsung Internet. No success. Any recommendation for browser?

Hey @Y_Chau 

I would try out the Firefox browser and Microsoft Edge if those are available on the app store, sometimes different browsers may have better luck, I'm not familiar with the Samsung Internet that you had mentioned, but if it doesn't work on there either then it may be a larger issue.

How can I get the log without signing in? Today I got another error on Android 15 Samsung device (attached). Is this helpful? Android 12 device works fine although it too asks for login credential twice.
