I have a referenced feature service named "T Meters" published to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. This service was created by applying a definition query to our "SP" layer in our CL database, where subtype = 37, and adjusting the layers template to be symbolized as a single symbol instead of by subtype.
We then added the T Meters layer to field maps and tested adding a point, which submitted without issue. Additionally, we were able to see the new point in the attribute table within Portal. However, when we refreshed our database and added the SP layer to our project, we see this new T Meter point, but are unable to select it our query it in our attribute table. The only way it becomes selectable is by closing our project and opening a new project.
Ideally, refreshing the database after adding a T Meter through field maps would allow us to view, select, and query the point as expected. Does anyone know why this isn't the case given the information above?
