No Edit Button Toolbar on Related Table Records

The Edit bar on the popup for related records, shows up for a second then disappears in Field Maps IOS ipads.  See the pictures below.  First one highlights the toolbar with the edit button.  This one is for a feature popup.

But if I open the related table, the toolbar popups up for a second then disappears.

I have got it to work by rotating the ipad, but now that doesn't work either.  Anyway to get this back?

Might have to turn on collection settings for related types.

Profile icon --> Collection Settings --> Related Types --> Toggle "Show Related Types" to On

This can also be controlled at the map level in Field Maps Designer (which should default the behavior on the specific map.)

Yep I have that setting on.  Still doesn't show up.  I did happen to find a way to make it show up.  When the popup for the related table is shown, I can drag it towards the bottom of the screen as if to minimize it.  Once i am half way down the toolbar pops up.  Then i use a second finger to click the edit button.

Sounds/looks pretty buggy to me then.
