We have an existing integration with ESRI, where ESRI is integrated with Utilities application. There is a data sync setup between ESRI and Utility app to sync updates regarding assets and asset attributes. The Maps displaying assets currently have layers that are of type MapImageLayer type.
We have new requirements where these maps should be accessible to Utility field workers through a mobile app. They should also be able to access maps in offline mode. We were suggested to use Field Maps.
My questions in this regard are
a. Can Maps with MapImageLayer be enabled for offline mode. I don't see that option
b. The Maps should also be customized to have a custom search and ability to invoke a api through a button passing in parameters. Can maps accesssed by Field Maps be customized to include custom functionality eg: custom widgets?
