IOS login errors for field maps

Hello,

We have an issue with logging into field maps app through our IOS devices for our enterprise environment.

We cannot log into our portal environment through field maps (just started today) on our IOS devices, however we can login, in field maps on anything running Android.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue happen to them and how to fix it.

Here is what we are working with.

Currenlt setup:

Portal 10.9.1 (federated)

Field Maps Verion: 24.1.1

IOS Verion: 17.5.1

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Hi @gabrielriley 

Not sure if this has been resolved but is your Enterprise public facing?

You may need to configure a proxy or firewall to allow the connection to call back and forth from your device to portal.
