A department wants to use Field Maps to help their surveyors visualize household locations. They have a field for clusters and typically visit 2-3 clusters a day. In Field Maps, it seems I can only filter by one selection instead of multiple. My workaround was adding the layer 3 times so they can filter each by the clusters they are visiting. Field Maps does not allow a map with duplicate layers to be downloaded offline and they are working with offline tablets. Is there any solution to this? I want to avoid having to bring the layer in three times as a unique HFS because it is pulling from a csv that changes nightly and we have a script that overwrites the HFS each night.
Hi @SavannahThomson1 ! While it is true that using duplicate layers is not allowed, you can create view layers. With view layers, you will be pointing to the original hosted feature layer, so you won't have to worry about your data getting out of sync. You can add different filters for each view, which will mimic the workflow you are currently working with, but the view layers will allow you to take your map offline.
Thank you so much!!!!
