Why are Contingent Attribute rules only supported via Branch Versioning? The data collection team is not trained on ArcGIS Pro so can't review any errors coming up in reconcile and post. And we do not have the capability to have an admin team to do them. We also cannot just set it up to accept the updates over the feature service/database.
Basically why can't all attribute rules be available without branch versioning?
