All, We are using Field maps for collecting the site photos attaching to a point feature. The requirement from the customer is to collect the compass values and display on the map in which direction photos are taken. We are using Ipad 8 with latest ArcGIS Field Maps and ArcGIS enterprise 10.9.
In a connected environment the application is colleting the compass value and we can display the direction. However, in offline data collection maps, the compass values are always 0. Please note we have 4g enabled on the device and location services are always on. The offline map is rotating when we enable the compass and if we add the data the compass value is 0. Please advise is this a limitation or a bug or we are missing any configuration.
