I have created a field map app and made it accessible to everyone. But when I login using the organization account (which is professional user/publisher) the map layer was unable to load showing an error. However, when I change the app accessibility to organization then the organization's account was able to access the map/form. My queries here is what might be the reason for this? And if we make the field map app publicly available, is it the case that only public account is able to access it. Moreover, what different account type will be able to access the field map app that has been shared to everyone? Please guide me through this.

Hi!

Access to ArcGIS Field Maps requires a valid ArcGIS Online or Enterprise account with a Mobile Worker, Creator, Professional, or Professional Plus user type. Users must sign in with their organizational credentials to view or edit maps shared with them, their group, or publicly. Those with the necessary privileges can collect and edit data, even offline, with changes automatically syncing once the device reconnects to the internet. Users with permissions can also download map areas for offline use.
