I am working with Explorer for ArcGIS (Beta) ver 20.1.0 on Android phones. I created a web map on ArcGIS Online that includes a map service configured to search by layers as shown below:

I should have searched for all the features matching the above configuration. But in fact, I only search for the first configured layer (here is Water Service Connection), the rest cannot. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

P/s: The search feature returns the correct results for all layers when using Explorer on iOS devices.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thao Nguyen.

Hey Thao Nguyen‌,

This is a known issue that we are looking to address in an upcoming update. We'll likely have a Beta available in the next week or so and then push the official update shortly after that.

One potential workaround in the meantime is to individually add the layers to the Web Map like below. This should allow you to search each layer within the Android app until we get the bug fixed.

Hey Thao Nguyen‌ and Jeff Garcia‌,

We have a fix for this available in a Beta version of Explorer here Explorer for ArcGIS Beta - Apps on Google Play

We're in the process of getting the final version ready now. This will be released by the end of the week. The issue described above should be fixed in the Beta version but it'd extremely helpful if either of you could confirm it resolves the issue you're seeing.
