ArcGIS Explorer Polygon Pop ups

Hi All,

Is there a reason why the popups are not working for polygons in ArcGIS Explorer app on IOS? I have enabled the popups on my map service on the map that is saved on Portal (enterprise). When I bring it in no pop ups. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Gavin/others,

For the case where you have 100% transparency set on the polygon, there is an issue identifying.  Can you try setting the transparency to 99%? This should allow you to identify the feature. It still effectively looks transparent, but gets around this issue with not being able to identify the feature.

Can you try this and let me know if it resolves the issue?

I already tried setting it to 99% transparent and it solved the problem perfectly for identify.
