Opening ArcGIS maps in exploerer

When I go to open a map, I have three options, open with either Arcgis explorer online, Arcgis.com map viewer, or Arcgis 10 for desktop. But when my coworkers go to open a map I have created, they don't have the option of opening in Arcgis explorer online. Why is this? I'd rather have them open the maps in explorer.

If you're opening web maps, then as far as I know, you do not see the Explorer Online option if the browser does not have the Silverlight plugin installed.

If you send your co-workers a specific Explorer Online link to a map, then if they do not have Silverlight installed, they should see a page which allows them to install it. Click the Share button within your map, then use either of the Copy buttons to copy a link to directly open the map or presentation in Explorer Online, for example:
