I am SUPER new to arcGIS and am trying to learn how to use it for my company.  We are trying to map out all of our sales branches, and their territories.

I have imported a .csv file that maps my branch locations. Now what I would like to do is have a circle appear around the icon for the branch...say 100 mile radius.  I need this to re-size so that its still 100 mile radius when zoomed in or out.  Can you tell me how I can do this?

If you have ArcGIS for Desktop Standard, you can use the buffer tool on your branch location layer and as radius use 100miles.

Zip the shapefile you have just created and add it to your ArcGIS explorer Online map. Now you have a 100 mile circle around each branch.
