Hello,
I am having an issue where one of our clients cannot open the attachments on a point layer.
It opens on ArcGIS Online but for some reason it is making you download the file to open it? On mobile it pulls up as a MacBinary file but downloads as a PDF on PC.
I click the point, go to attachments, press the attachment link, and then it asks me what application to open it. My options being Explorer or FieldMaps. Not even Adobe or Word.
I feel like I'm at my wits end here. All of my applications are updated to the latest versions.
Any help would be appreciated.
