Failed to publish csv Error Msg when importing shape file

Obtained shape file from NOAA C-CAP site (currently promoted on esri.com). Downloaded Zip file which appears to have requisite parts (.shp, .dbf, .prj etc). File is large--too big to add to web map, so added as a feature service. AEO accepts Zip, chews on it awhile then fails with 'Failed to publish csv'.  Added using Firefox and ArcGIS Online for Org acct.

Zip file too large to attach - 1,900 Kb. can email if needed.

Hi - I have tried uploading a large shapefile (20MB zipped) to an organizations account just now, and things worked fine, so perhaps this is something to do with the data? If you can email the data you used to sgill at esri.com, I'll investigate this.
