Is there an easy way or a configuration to support clustering Point layer in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Explorer (Features to be grouped based on the scale of the map). Thanks
As far as I am aware at v10.2, Point Clustering type of symbology is support via Web APIs instead of ArcGIS Online. That is to say, you can achieve it, for example, through using the ArcGIS API for Javascript like this:
