Can not share anymore, WHY

I have created many maps and had used Bing hybred.  Began the process of converting to another base map.  After saving, I tried to share with members of my groups.  I can not.  Only option is to make public which is not desired.  Any Ideas?

I believe ESRI changed their policy on private sharing recently, at least with ArcGIS On-line for Organizations.  Not a good thing at all as you will need to pay a good deal of money to do the sharing that you want.  They have a monopoly on the market so there might not be anything you can do about it.

Just to confirm Michael's post, yes we recently changed the sharing workflows with ArcGIS Online public accounts in March. FYI, please review this announcement:
