I have ArcGIS 10, my collaborators do not, and will not. I would like to create a shapefile, upload it to ArcGIS Explorer Online, and allow my collaborators to edit it via the web version of Explorer, then I'd like to take their edited file and download it for use in ArcGIS Desktop.
Is this doable?
