Hi,
While I was trying to open an arc map using the explorer online, an error was shown saying 'Unsupported webmap version number (1.9.1). Last month I had opened the same map using the ArcGIS Explorer online. The map was created just a month before.
I did a search regarding this in the forum and has done what they've said like to clear the cache and all. Still its' not working out.
What could be the reason for this? I also came through that ArcGIS Explorer Online has stopped its' service since Dec 10, 2013.
Please do come out with a solution.
