ArcGIS Explorer not displaying photo from Google+

When I open a map that created with ArcGIS online map viewer in ArcGIS Explorer, the images associated with the points on the map display a red X when I hover over the point.  I know that the link is valid as it works in the online map viewer.  Image links from other sources do appear to work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have a similar issue...Created a map in ArcGIS Online, and customized some symbols with jpegs in a photobucket account. The symbols display on the map and legend if viewed from ArcGIS online viewer, but I can't see the symbols in either place if I open the map in ArcGIS Explorer online...just a gray box in the legend and in the symbology panel. When I try to edit the symbology in Exlorer to navigate to the same photobucket jpeg path, I get the "red x" and it won't load. this is an http path (not https), so that shouldn't be an issue. Anyone else experience this yet??
