why i cant Import Security Services From Explore ??!

Dear All ,
Actually I created many Services and some of them has Security (Username & Password ) ,and I can open or import  them from ArcGIS Viewer for Flex , but when I wanted to import Security Services on the ArcGIS Explore Desktop they are no things happen or disappear Service form list , why I don't Know ??? it is not normally!!!!

But another Services which not has Security , We can import them easy in Explore .

My Question why i cant Import Security Services From Explore ??? or why I cant load Security Service on the Arc Explore ?

Any one know about that >>

There is a bug in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop 2500.
The add services dialog does not show services from the server that have security applied.

Previous versions of ArcGIS Explorer Desktop (1750) do work correctly with secure services.
Maps (NMF) files and layers (NMC) created with 1750 that reference secure services will display correctly in ArcGIS Explorer 2500.

Appreciate your support, thank you for helping.
Actually , I installing ArcGIS Explorer Desktop (1750) as you said ,but I got many things or questions :-

1- basemaps not working on the arcgis Explore !! I cant import any basemaps !!, why ? and do you have how can solve it ???

2- I can import Security Services (which I created before ) but they don't ask me password & username !!! it is so strange !!?


finally I want to create security services by ArcGIS Explorer Desktop ...



If you have any idea how to solve them , Please Mr.Mark tell me ..
