In ArcMap when you create a raster, it is easy to get the information given in each pixel by using the Identify tool.

I don't see this tool in ArcGIS Explorer, so, ¿is there any way to get this information with any other tool?

Thank you very much in advance.

Ruth,

After you add your raster, right click on it in the table of contents then click Properties...
One of the properties for added content is Pop up content.  There is a check box for choosing whether to display popup content or not (it is off by default for rasters).  With this checked on, when you single click on the raster in the main display it will show a popup window with the pixel value(s).

Thank you very much Mark for your answer,

But when I open the raster that I create, by interpolating a few points with values in ArcMap (9.3) and right-click on it and click Properties, there is not the 'HTML Popup tab'.

Should I make any transformation before exporting it as a layer file?

Thank you again in advance.

Ruth:

I published my raster, which is stored on ArcGIS Server in a file geodatabase, as an Image Service.  I added the image service to my AGX and, as Mark mentions, I enabled Pop Contents and was able to see the raster pixel value returned to me.  The key for me was to publish the raster by itself as an image service.
