Terrain Profile popup problem

I'm using ArcGIS Explorer Build 1500. I downloaded the terrain profile add-in and successfully created a terrain profile graph. Now when I right click on the terrain profile layer and select show popup the window opens but is blank and just keeps flickering on my screen. Any ideas why this may be happening?

Can you detail the steps you took to enable the Show Popup option on the terrain profile (ProfileService) Add-in?

As far as I'm aware, by default, the output of the terrain profile tool is a feature layer which does not have a show popup option on the right-click context menu because feature layers can comprise many features and popups are specific to a single feature.
