I have downloaded several folders in zip format. These contain a sub-folder that has the compressed files. Map.zip/Map/files. I understand from reading the forums that the sub-folder is preventing me opening these in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop or ArcGIS Online. I have tried extracting these files and re-zipping the but still end up with a sub-folder. Any help would be appreciated.
