How to seamlessly integrate 3D scenes (multipatches) with 360⁰ Panorama Street views so that the remote AGX clients consumes those fast over the network?

What is the strategy for an effective solution to manage the data of 360⁰ Panorama Street views (SDE, FGDB, or just files in ArcGIS servers)?
