Greetings,

I wish to know is anyone could help me what I need to install before I can isntall the ArcGIS Explorer into my laptop.  I have no problem to install the ArcGIS Explorer in other PC with OS Windows XP, but I have problem to use the application after the installation is done.

My laptop's OS is Windows Vista Home Basic.  I did even install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update for Windows Vista x64, and Windows Server 2008 x64 as suggested on the Internet:  NDP35SP1-KB958484-x64.exe; Windows6.0-KB958481-x64.msu; Windows6.0-KB958483-x64.msu

Please find attached for the message that I have received when I was trying to open the ArcGIS Explorer.

Thank you

Josy

Looks like you need to update your graphics driver.  We had the same issue and it was solved by updating the graphics driver.

I was told by a computer specialist at my school that ArcGIS explorer can't run on my netbook because it's limited to 1gb of RAM...
I ran into the same problem as the original poster when I try to run ArcGIS Explorer on both my netbook and laptop
