I had an issue in the past with pop ups in ArcGIS Explorer 1700 where when I click on a feature, the pop up would work, and within the pop up table there would be links to web pages. When I would click on the links, the web page does not pop up on top of the ArcGIS Explorer screen, but rather, behind ArcGIS Explorer. This is driving me crazy as it is not workable to reduce ArcGIS Explorer everytime I want to see the web page that popped up behind it. I just uninstalled version 1700 and installed version 1750 to see if that would make any difference. It didn't. I never had this issue with version 1500. Has something changed in ArcGIS 1700 & 1750, or is it some other kind of a setting that may have changed on my computer? I like the features of the newer versions, but need some help resolving this issue if possible. Any thoughts, experiences or suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks.
