Memory Cache Options Settings

Does anyone know where ArcGIS Explorer saves Memory Cache Option settings? 

They are stored between sessions, but I cant find where these settings are stored?  It is not in the User's settings xml file (Users\...\AppData\Roaming\esri\arcgis explorer\settings1500.xml).  I also cannot find them in the registry.

Is this possible? I need to do this for a large deployment.

these settings are stored in registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\Explorer1700\ArcGlobe\Settings

Elevation - "Max. Elevation Memory in Mb"
Point features - "Max. Point Memory in Mb"
Line features - "Max. Line Memory in Mb"
Text - "Max. Text Memory in Mb"
3D object (geometry) - "Max. Multipatch Memory in Mb"
3D object (texture) - "Max. Vector Texture Memory in Mb"
Image/rasterized - "Max. Raster Texture Memory in Mb"
