Cartographers,
I'm new to arcGIS and I want to try something unusual (I think). Here it is:
I want to create a map with the ArcGIS default projection, but with longitudes 30W and 150E playing the part of the Equator and (0,120W) playing the part of the South Pole and (0,60E) playing the part of the North Pole. Can anyone tell me how to do this? or is it impossible?
