After reading several other threads on the forums I gather that any information in a popup description for a feature of a kmz in google earth should be included in the popupinfo field of a resulting feature class after conversion. However when I try the conversion the popupinfo field is empty. In my case the info in the popup is a photo which is stored locally. Additionally, when I open the same kmz in ArcGIS Explorer the photos do not show. I am very new to this and any help would be awesome!! Thanks!
