is there any workaround to run ArcGIS Explorer on a laptop with an intel 945 familiy video card?

We have the Intel GM965 chipset in our laptops. With Windows 7 installed, our end-users must use AGX on an extended monitor. Funny thing is that this behavior did not occur with the Vista OS.
