Hello all, total newbie here using the explorer version to find coordinates and distances for our companies EPA RMP submission. Everything is all set except that it wants to know the Horizontal Accuracy Measure (no idea what it is) and the Horizontal Reference Datum Code (I believe its WGS84, but please correct me if I'm wrong). All help is appreciated! Thanks!

If you are using a GPS that has WAAS corrections, accuracy should be between 10 and 30 feet. Without WAAS...20 feet to 50 feet...?

If you are using lat / long values, WGS84 is correct.

Thanks, but what would the accuracy be from using the coordinate information tool in arcgis explorer to determine latitude and longitude of a point?
