Find tool with custom geocode server adds correct point but zooms to wrong extent

I am using ArcGIS Explorer with a custom GeocodeServer. When I search for an address, the window flies to an area way out in the Pacific. However, the point is placed in the correct area. The custom GeocodeServer is located at http://www.sjcgis.org/arcgis/rest/services/Tools/Polaris_Geolocator/GeocodeServer. An example address is "350 Court St".
