This happens on all Crash Reports I have ever had the misfortune of receiving. Why can't I just hit the send button and have the report sent? I get rather tired of saving the reports and then opening my mail, addressing it, attaching the file, and sending it. What is it that the send button on the report is looking for that makes it unable to send? Do I need to change some settings on my workstation or in my outlook?

Thanks.

Thank you for comiserating with me!  I thought I was the only one!  ...unfortunately I don't have a fix.

I too was attaching them to emails and sending them via email.  Each time I wrote increasingly sarcastic emails regarding their error reporting system.  I finally recieved a reply informing me that I am not an authorized caller, I need to have my IT dude contact them and resolve the issue...  one of these days it wil be a priority...

Of course I was glad to know my emails don't fall into a bottomless pit but I'd rather ESRI just fix the issue.  I'll write a description and click send but I'm done with taking a few minutes to save and put errors into emails...

May be with the next patch?
