Build 1750 attachments issues

I recently upgraded to build 1750 and realized I could no longer view feature attachments from a layer package. After spending hours trying to debug the issue I finally re-installed build 1500 and can once again view attachments.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, or is this a known bug in build 1750?

It is a problem with ArcGIS Explorer 1750, specifically for layer packages.  A layer file (lyr) will work for showing attachments in the popup window.  The problem with layer packages will be fixed in a future release.

ArcGIS Explorer 1700 will also work for viewing attachements from a layer package.
